I’m not really into the whole art scene, because nobody invites me, but I’m guessing that when you get invited to a posh art gallery event as part of Art Basel Miami Beach you should at least make an effort to dress up. Here’s Pamela Anderson looking like she just escaped from the psychiatric ward for geriatrics in her best booty shorts and ski hat.
