Well, there is a very blurry, grainy picture making its rounds today which started on a celebrity gossip forum that is claiming that its Lindsay Lohan giving head to her ex Calum Best . The photo was posted by a chick on the board saying that she got it from a friend thats friends with Lindsay and blah, blah, blah. Well, guess what? I have a friend, who’s a friend of a friend that is Lindsays uncles father’s best friends daughter, and she said the picture could be anyone. Its too hard to tell.
