Its only been a little over a month since Hayden Panettieres 18th birthday, but she’s already joined the likes of Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton in the upskirt club. Sure, she has her panties on, but its only a matter of time until she conveniently forgets. Regardless, Im so proud of little Hayden, shes finally all grown up.
