Tara Reid was out in London this past weekend wearing a see-through dress. At first, when I inspected these photos with my trusty magnifying tool, I thought that maybe with all the boob work Tara has had done, she no longer had any nipples. Turns out if you look closely, shes just wearing a flesh-colored bra. Normally Id be disappointed, but since this is Tara Reid we’re talking about, Im actually quite glad she covered up.
