I dont know why, but Mischa Barton is consistently the sloppiest celebrity out there. Maybe booze or drugs has something to do with it but girl needs to go to finishing school, rehab or something, because here she is leaving some Fashion Relief shindig and once again her breasts spill out of her dress. I dont know how many times this has happened, but its one of those rare instances where I wish it didnt.
