I dont know whats up with these fashion events that celebrities feel the need to find an outfit that represents their fashion sense. But from the choices both Victoria Beckham and Hilary Duff made, it appears they still have a lot to learn. How about this: tight painted on jeans, 6 inch stilettos, and a white wet tank top! Is that so hard? You can never go wrong with an outfit like that.
